A bohemian-chic destination wedding at Olympic Valley Stables in Lake Tahoe, thoughtfully curated and designed from start to finish. As the full-service planner, I led production design meetings, crafted a romantic tablescape, and infused the celebration with custom décor imported from Tulum, Mexico. Guests were enchanted by “Burros & Bubbles” — flower-crowned ponies serving drinks — as the evening sparkled with natural light, artful details, and mountain charm. “Sarah’s thoughtful guidance, calm energy, and seamless coordination made our day flow effortlessly.
